Toastmasters Meeting - Every Wednesday
The Toasted Sandwich meets every Wednesday from noon to 1 pm in Discovery Park House, Ramsgate Road, Sandwich CT13 9ND. We always welcome new faces and you can just turn up to one of our meetings to check us out. You don't need to book any appointments, but you might want to check the venue with us beforehand, as we will occasionally use different rooms for our meetings. There is free parking on site.

Area 37 Contest - 1st March 2020
Every year, Toastmasters clubs around the world will hold competitions within their clubs in four areas: International Speech Contest, Evaluation Contest, Humorous Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest.
The Toasted Sandwich just completed their International Speech and Evaluation Contests at the club level. The winners will now progress to the Area Contest to battle it out against winners from other clubs in Area 37 (which covers the majority of Kent).
The Area Contest is free for all to attend and besides the International Speech and Evaluation Contests, there will be some workshops relevant to all. The event will take place on Sunday, 1st March 2020 at Quaker Meeting House in Maidstone (158 Union St, Maidstone ME14 1EE) from 12.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
